1. I used the google docs tool
2. One main good thing about this tool is that you can share and publish your work right there. It would be very helpful in college or in a work situation when you are doing a group project. You can upload your work automatically.
3.One way they are using it for a proofing a paper. They can upload the document and someone else can proof read it and another person can too so your paper is correct.
4. I have not used another tool before
5. I could use this tool for school, i could upload a group project and everyone in the group can edit and add what they want for their part of the project.
